Bob's Record

Bob has voted more than a dozen times to cut state taxes on families and wages. Bob is one of the most consistent and staunch anti-gambling legislators and voted against the slots law. Bob fought to expand prescription drug programs to help uninsured seniors get the health insurance they need. Bob supported the expansion of the Pennsylvania's firearm reciprocity law to ensure that Pennsylvanians who have a license to carry may do so in more states. Bob prevailed in the fight against gun control advocates by keeping recommendations such as "one gun a month" out of the final report of Governor Rendell's Commission to Address Gun Violence.  Bob authored the National Guard Education Bill, giving our citizen soldiers the opportunity to continue their education after serving Pennsylvania and our country.
